Today marks the one-year anniversary of the terrorist attack that took place at Ariana Grande's Manchester concert, which killed 22 people and wounded 59 others. To pay tribute to the victims, Ariana took to Twitter and wrote, "Thinking of you all today and every day. I love you with all of me and am sending you all of the light and warmth I have to offer on this challenging day."

Ariana's touching message included a bee emoji, which originally symbolized the city's hard work ethic but has since "come to represent the amazing sense of unity and solidarity," according to the Manchester City Council.

Following the tragedy, people across the city took part in the Manchester Tattoo Appeal. The initiative involved tattoo parlors giving bee tattoos and then donating proceeds to the victims of the bombing.

Ariana and her crew reportedly got inked after performing at the One Love Manchester concert. The show raised money for the victims and their families, and featured a star-studded lineup, which included Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Mac Miller, Little Mix, Justin Bieber, and more.

In related news, Prince William made his first public appearance since the royal wedding and attended a memorial ceremony at the Manchester Cathedral this morning. Prime Minister Theresa May was also in attendance. According to Kensington Palace, the multi-faith service remembered those who lost their lives in the tragedy and gave thanks to emergency workers who assisted.
