As exciting as that is, remember that if you don't schedule breaks, your body will do it for you, often at the most inopportune time.
The first transit, which signals the need for rest, arrives on Sunday, August 4. Pro-tip: You might want to mark this one down in your calendar. To start, the healing planet Venus moves into caring 6th House of Health. While we associate Venus most often with love, she also rules beauty. Whether it's getting extra sleep, giving yourself a facial at home, or treating yourself to a manicure, celebrate her entry into your 6th House by doing something nice for yourself.

The mood is also a little tense as the next day, Wednesday, August 15, your ruling planet, fighter Mars, squares (a harsh aspect) strict Saturn, which could leave you feeling on edge.
