GET THE RECIPE HERE.
Weeknight dinners are always a struggle. By Wednesday, when the week already feels three days too long, I almost never know what to make. And I'm a food editor! But there's one trick that Delish has taught me that makes cooking after work much much easier. Give your favorite quick dinner a crazy fusion twist. Make your pasta take like tacos, pizza-fy your burger, or make Asian Sloppy Joes.

Sloppy joe lovers, listen up. This doesn't taste like the kind you ate at camp. However, it's just as messy, which makes it just as fun and satisfying to eat. The sauce tastes like a cross between something you'd find on sesame chicken, general tso, and teriyaki. In other other words: It's flavorful AF.
The process is the same as a regular sloppy joe - sauté onion and garlic, cook meat, simmer meat in sauce. Only ingredients differ. You'll need: sesame oil, onion, garlic, ketchup, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground pork (though ground beef works too!), green onions, sesame seeds and buns. Extra points if you make a quick slaw with shredded cabbage, mayonnaise and lime juice.
