Augusta Health’s 30th anniversary community celebration Saturday
FISHERSVILLE — Augusta Health is having a community celebration event for its 30th anniversary 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14. The event will be held in the parking lot and field behind the Fitness Center at Augusta Health's main campus.

11-11:45 a.m. Wildlife Show by Wildlife Center of Virginia
Noon-2 p.m. Spencer Hatcher
Influenced by Elvis Presley, Keith Whitley, Garth Brooks, Randy Travis, and Johnny Cash, Hatcher has a sound all of his own and is crafting a career in country music.
2:10-3 p.m. Special Presentation by Mary N. Mannix, Delegate Chris Runion, and team member anniversary recognitions. Cake and cupcakes will be served after the recognition.
3:15-5:15 p.m. The Reflex
This band will rewind the clock and take you back in time by recreating the sounds, looks, and intensity of the best songs the '80s has to offer.
5:20-6 p.m. Wildlife Show by Wildlife Center of Virginia
EMS Partners (touch a truck) as availability permits: Augusta Health Transportation, Augusta County Fire & Rescue, Staunton City Police Department, Augusta County Sheriff’s Department, and Air Care Helicopter will be onsite from noon to 3 p.m.

Food Trucks LexVegas Bistro, Strites Donuts, Shredders BBQ, Angelic’s Kitchen, Holy Smokes BBQ, and Nothing Bundt Cakes will be on site.
Activities for kids include bounce houses, face painting, and caricature drawing. The event is free and open to the public. Folks can park in Community Care Building and the Medical Office Building parking lots (handicap and shuttle services available).
