A new colorway of the Austin Reaves’ Rigorer AR1 sneaker will be released on Feb. 10 ahead of the Valentine’s Day celebration. The new style, which marks the sixth release from the Los Angeles Lakers guard’s signature shoe line, embraces the spirit of the romantic holiday with pink and white shades.

The Rigorer AR1 “Valentine’s Day” sneaker will come with white detailing throughout and includes two whimsical interchangeable patches. It features a woven cocoon-inspired upper that provides breathable comfort and lockdown support when making explosive moves. Meanwhile, Showtime Eva Foam midsole technology delivers a low-court feel with instant energy return.

Other technical shoe details include premium zone-patterned traction outsoles for superior on-court grip and an innovative lacing system that encases foam bubbles in the AR1’s tongue to prevent lace bite.
Additional elements within the design enhance both midfoot stability during lateral movements and forefoot lockdown to eliminate foot slippage. Heel TPU also increases heel stability when landing, which can help combat severe ankle injuries.
“As I start 2024, I’m looking forward to sharing all the new designs for my signature line with all my fans. This new colorway is more than just a normal Valentine’s release; it represents my passion, dedication, and shared love for the game,” said Reaves in a press release.
Reaves, 25, signed a seven-figure extension on his shoe deal with Chinese sporting goods brand Rigorer and won the NBA In-Season Tournament in 2023.
The Rigorer AR1 “Valentine’s Day” will drop on Feb. 10 at 11 a.m. ET and will retail at $100 exclusively on kickscrew.com and rigorer.com.
