‘Bachelor’ Spoilers You May (or May Not) Want to Know Ahead of Peter Weber’s Season

*Warning: Spoilers ahead*

Peter Weber’s highly anticipated season of The Bachelor will take flight on January 6, 2020. So, if you’re looking to brush up on the drama before it even begins, keep reading for all of the supposed Bachelor spoilers you need to know ahead of the season 24 premiere. Bets on how many of these turn out to be true? Our money’s on 100%…

1. Some contestants don't even make it to the premiere

Shortly after ABC released a complete list of 33 contestants, Reality Steve pointed out that two ladies may have already left The Bachelor mansion, based on their Instagram accounts: Hayley H. and Alexa C.

You see, the women (plus Weber) are required to keep their social media accounts on lock until The Bachelor has stopped filming. Both Hayley and Alexa have remained active on Instagram, meaning they were either released by ABC or sent home by Weber. Adjust your brackets accordingly.

2. Peter injures himself on the show

Weber suffers an accident while filming on a golf course in Costa Rica. According to reports, the pilot trips and falls while holding two cocktail glasses. The broken glass cuts his forehead, resulting in 22 stitches and a trip to the hospital. Now that’s what Chris Harrison would call “dramatic.”

3. And gets food poisoning

In the beginning of the season, Peter is forced to cancel a group date after coming down with a bad case of food poisoning.

“As today’s group date audience was set to file in to the @AvalonHollywood, they announced that Peter was very sick and the group date was cancelled. Everyone was sent home,” Reality Steve explained on Twitter. Poor Peter can’t catch a break.

4. He accidentally takes a contestant to see her ex-boyfriend

At one point, Weber invites Victoria Fuller on a one-on-one date. The outing takes place at Cedar Point—a theme park located in Sandusky, Ohio—and includes a surprise Chase Rice concert.

The problem? Fuller used to date Rice before she went on The Bachelor. After the performance, she was seen complaining to producers (and Weber), so ready thy popcorn.

5. Prepare for more beauty pageant drama

Reality Steve recently revealed that this season’s drama will make Hannah Brown and Caelynn Miller-Keyes’s feud on The Bachelor look miniscule.

“You thought the Hannah/Caelynn bickering last season was bad, just wait til this season’s s*** storm rolls in,” he wrote. “Manufactured drama, of course, but it will dominate the first few episodes.”
