The Bachelorette Season 8 winner Jef Holm has been granted a temporary restraining order against his former roommate Robby Hayes, who competed on The Bachelorette Season 12, according to E! News.

“Robert used to live at my house but does not now. He continues to enter the premises and harass me and I do not feel safe around him,” Jef alleged in court documents obtained by E! News and Us Weekly. “He threatens me and still hasn’t stopped to this day.”

Jef added in the documents that Robby “claims he has belongings there and that’s why he enters but he is not on the lease and is making me fearful.” He went onto claim that Robby “enters the property and becomes hostile” at least “once a week," and said he was threatened in July 2021:

“I was alone in my home when he entered abruptly and aggressively started threatening me and I felt very unsafe. [Robby] yelled at me and threatened me and entered without permission.”

A judge signed off on Jef's request for Robby to stay away 100 yards away from him, his home, his car, and his workplace, according to E! News. Us Weekly reports that a hearing will take place on August 30, where Robby can provide a statement in his defense and Jef can provide testimony in the event that he wants to extend the restraining order.
