If you haven’t ended a meal at a restaurant with some Baileys over ice, you haven’t truly lived. It’s a sweet nightcap that hits the spot, and now it just got a whole lot more appropriate for fall. Baileys just released an Apple Pie Irish Cream Liqueur, so it’ll be fueling your coffee well through Thanksgiving.

The seasonal sip blends flavors of freshly baked apple pie, vanilla ice cream, and hints of cinnamon and spice. It’s basically like you just cut into a homemade pie after devouring three plates of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and rolls. What could be better than that?

“Apple pie is a timeless, nostalgic American treat meant to be shared among loved ones. With the launch of Baileys Apple Pie, we hope to provide consumers with a convenient way to experience this familiar comfort,” Stacey Cunningham, director of liqueurs at Diageo, said in a press release. “we encourage consumers to celebrate the ‘season’ responsibly and enjoy the indulgence of Baileys Apple Pie with friends and family.”

You can get the new Baileys Apple Pie nationwide wherever spirits-based beverages are sold, as well as through online retailers like Drizly. The 750-milliliter bottle is $24.99, and there are so many ways to incorporate this fall sip. While you can, of course, put it in your hot or iced coffee, the brand suggests pouring it over ice (told you so!), mixing it in a chai latte, or pouring it over ice cream.

As if this news couldn’t get any better, Baileys has also put together a Baileys Apple Pie Friendsgiving Kit with Cocktail Courier and Zac Young, pastry chef and TV personality. It includes everything you need to make 12 servings of The Apple of My Chai cocktail and Baileys Apple Pie Cookies, which is basically a fun take on a mini apple crumb pie. The kit will make sure that you’ll have the perfect ending to a chilly fall evening. You can get it while supplies last for $84.99 on Cocktail Courier. Cheers to a cozy fall sip!

The only bad news here is that although we have this new flavor, we also have to say goodbye to another. Sorry, pumpkin spice lovers.

“As we continue to innovate our liqueur offerings, we prioritize seasonal flavors that will resonate with consumers as a modern adult treat. Baileys Pumpkin Spice will no longer be an offering in our portfolio, but we are thrilled to introduce Baileys Apple Pie as it is a convenient way to indulge in the classic fall treat that brings with a familiar comfort which is needed now more than ever,” Cunningham said.

It’s the end of one boozy era and onto another!
