Man's 'mind-blowing' hair transplant has social media totally amazed: ‘He looks 40 years younger’
TikTok’s latest trend is … watching people get hair replacements?
That might sound ridiculous at first, after watching just one of Zack the Barber’s videos, it’s clear to see why he’s a viral sensation.
The Massachusetts-based haircutter, who’s actually named Zack Leighton, specializes in hair replacements — particularly ones that leave commenters saying his clients look decades younger.

Take his most recent video, which has racked up more nearly 500,000 views in just two days.
In the clip, Leighton’s unnamed client, who had thinning hair and a bald spot, ends up with a new, youthful look. TikTok users seemed totally stunned by the “mind-blowing” difference.
“My boy looks 40 years younger,” one user wrote.
“Bro tell me how he went from 75 to 30 years old,” another joked.
“That’s a whole new confidence level at the end,” another added.
Others were more serious in their support, writing that Leighton’s videos help “normalize” male beauty treatments like hair replacements.
“I want to normalize this,” one user wrote. “Women wear so many wigs, these toupees look awesome.”
“WE NEED MORE OF THESE AROUND,” another praised. “Everyone deserves to look great.”
Meanwhile, Leighton, who owns the Motley Crew barbershop in Worcester, doesn’t seem to be slowing down. He’s shared five hair replacement videos in the past two weeks — some of which have drawn millions of views.
