The Bear Season 3 Heads to Hulu

Baz Luhrmann releasing a six-episode miniseries on Hulu isn't the only thing coming to the channel. Critically acclaimed kitchen drama The Bear is returning for a third season. According to FX, the company behind it, The Bear season 3 will air on Hulu in 2024.

FX entertainment president Nick Grad spoke on the renewal, saying: “The Bear, which wowed audiences in its first season only to achieve even greater heights in season two, has become a cultural phenomenon… we and our partners at Hulu join fans in looking forward to the next chapter in the story of The Bear.”

The Bear stars Jeremy Allen White as a star chef who leaves his job in the world of fine dining to help run his family’s sandwich shop in Chicago. Season one got the show off to a strong start in June 2022, setting up the often strained dynamic between White and his cousin played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach. It was nominated for 13 Emmys.

Season two achieved even greater acclaim, with a 99 percent critical score and a 92 percent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
