Beau Allen Recalls Carrying Drunk Jason Kelce Out of First Date With Kylie

Jason Kelce's friends are playfully putting him on blast.

The Philadelphia Eagles player had former teammates Beau Allen and Chris Long on the newest episode of the New Heights podcast on Wednesday, Feb. 21, where they talked about Jason's first date with his now-wife, Kylie Kelce—which didn't actually go all that well.

According to the retired NFL nose tackle, 32, Jason had been talking to Kylie for a couple weeks after initially meeting on Tinder. Eventually, they met in person on a first date that happened to take place the same night of the Eagles' holiday party, which the team obviously "pre-gammed" with plenty of drinks.

“Kelce’s talking about this girl, like, ‘I really like this girl, I gotta make a good first impression,’" Beau recalled, but by the time they met up with Kylie, Jason apparently had a few too many.

"The night just went a little sideways," Beau continued, revealing that Jason, 36, was actually asleep on the bar at one point, an occurrence that Jason even admitted is "not that uncommon."

Beau then had to carry Jason out of the bar, a task he said was "physically one of the hardest" things he's ever had to do—including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

"It's like cobblestone streets, and you’re fighting me, I’m, like, straining. I dropped you," Beau explained, and Jason confirmed the story by adding, "I know I was sleeping but I remember it. I remember fighting you and laughing my ass off."

Jason then asked if Beau was surprised that Kylie later agreed to go on a second date, to which he confessed, "I was slightly surprised. But you’re a great guy, you’re charming."

"How can you not?" he further joked to his friend.

Lucky for Jason, his drunken display didn't get in the way of his future with Kylie, whom he went on to marry in 2018. The couple now shares three daughters together: Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 2,  and Bennett, who will mark her first birthday on Feb. 23.

Jason's brother and usual co-host on New Heights, Travis Kelce only appeared for a short portion of Wednesday's episode, as the Chiefs player has quite a busy week ahead of him. He's currently on his way to Australia to watch girlfriend Taylor Swift perform her next set of shows in Sydney.
