Bebe Rexha is feeling "discouraged" after seeing a TikTok search trend about her weight.

The 33-year-old singer took to Twitter on Sunday to share a screenshot from the short-form video app where she was presented with a video of herself on the "For You" page. When clicking to view the comments, the search bar read "bebe rexha weight."

TikTok didn't respond to Yahoo Life's request for comment. However, the feature is said to display trending searches related to a specific video. Rexha shared her feelings about it in her Twitter post.

"Seeing that search bar is so upsetting," she wrote. "I'm not mad cause it's true. I did gain weight. But it just sucks. Thank you to all the people who love me no matter what."

People shared messages of support for Rexha in the tweet's replies, including those that provided reassurance of her beauty and impact as a curvy woman.

"You look amazing," one person wrote. Another called the singer "a role model."

Kandee Johnson, a longtime content creator in the beauty space, also chimed in to call on TikTok to make changes to the algorithm that generates the search bar terms.

"This is toxic and terrible! TikTok you need to do better. Care about the people on your platform and not making it toxic like this," Johnson replied. "You are perfect and beautiful Bebe! I’m sending you an extra huge hug for any, even tiny bit this upset your heart!"

This isn't the first time that Rexha has addressed her relationship with her body or her weight. In fact, she took to TikTok in Dec. 2021 to say, "I don't feel good in my skin" while being "the heaviest I have ever been."

In light of TikTok's recent search bar results, she continued tweeting, "I've always struggled with my weight. A bitch likes to eat." And in response to a fan reminding Rexha that her own happiness is the priority, the entertainer wrote, "I'm working on myself everyday. Just discouraged a bit right now."

Rexha's most recent appearance was at Coachella on Friday where she performed alongside the DJ/producer duo Two Friends. Rexha posted videos of her behind-the-scenes experience to TikTok, including a "get ready with me" where she hyped up her blue body-hugging look.

"Look at my butt," she exclaimed during a clip showing her headed to stage. "Looking good."

People praised her natural beauty and on-stage glam in the comments.

"I love how real and down to earth she is still," one person wrote. Another replied, "You are perfect."
