Fresh off a Vogue cover — that discussed everything from mental health and plastic surgery — Bella Hadid has reason to celebrate. And, of course, she did it in her signature quirky style with a pair of crocheted underpants and a cake decorated with her new cover. She enjoyed the dessert and shared the look on Instagram, giving her followers a peek at her knit set and her huge hoop earrings.
In addition to the intricate, off-white underwear, Bella's outfit included an off-the-shoulder sweater with a wavy mauve and yellow pattern and a blue floral embellishment in the center. The second slide showed the top's huge, gauzy bell sleeves as Hadid took a bite of her cake. Additional images in the carousel highlighted Hadid's geometric necklace and textured earrings.

Hadid's Vogue cover included a frank conversation about her rhinoplasty, which she got at just 14 years old.
"I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors," she said. "I think I would have grown into it."
And in addition to talking about what she had done, she spoke about what she definitely hadn't done: namely, she addressed accusations that she augmented her jaw and had her brows lifted.
"People think I fully fucked with my face because of one picture of me as a teenager looking puffy," she said. "I'm pretty sure you don't look the same now as you did at 13, right? I have never used filler. Let's just put an end to that. I have no issue with it, but it's not for me. Whoever thinks I've gotten my eyes lifted or whatever it's called — it's face tape! The oldest trick in the book."
