Bella Hadid Wore a Tiny Shawl With Nothing Under It

Bella Hadid is known for a lot of different things and one of them is her distinctive approach to on-the-rise trends. (See her ovary-baring take on low-rise pants.) So it's no surprise that she's taken yet another resurfaced '00s trend and put her own spin on it.

On Monday, the model posted a mirror selfie to Instagram wearing two '00s trends that are hitting us right in the nostalgia. For starters, Hadid is wearing a throwback cardigan shawl (I definitely owned one of these in 7th grade), but she opted for the tiniest version of the trend, showing off some underboob in the process. The top is also not unlike the "paperclip" top that is having a moment right now too.

Hadid paired the top with extremely low-rise, oversized, baggy cargo pants for a grungy effect on the look. Also featured in the mirror selfie are some sunflowers on the table behind her, and what we can only imagine as a blue Jacquemus hand bag.

"@jacquemus the male version of me ????????????????????????????" she captioned the post, which in addition to the mirror selfies included a trippy selfie video and a shot of Hadid's friend and designer Simon Porte Jacquemus sitting on a long couch.

The model has certainly been embracing the throwback takeover. From underwear peaking out of tracksuits to ovary cutouts to low-rise grungy pants she's practically the face of the early aughts fashion revolution.
