Bemidji Senior Center offering bus trip to see 'Happy Together' July 10

Bemidji Senior Center

is offering a bus trip on Wednesday, July 10, to see "Happy Together" to celebrate 20 years of Jasper's Theater in Park Rapids.

"'Happy Together'" is filled with music from the 50s, 60s and 70s, featuring four generations of our Jasper family.," a release said. "In addition, Auntie Kreamsaugen is bringing comedy to the audience and a signature tribute to veterans. The show will feature a variety of skits, kids and entertainment for the whole family."

Participants can dress up during one of these eras and prizes will be given to the best costume from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Following the show, participants will have an included meal at Clancy's Restaurant located at the Vacationaire Resort. There will be a choice of broasted chicken or broiled walleye or pork tenderloin. All entrees are served with a side salad, au gratin potatoes, California medley veggies, roll small dessert and a non-alcoholic beverage. Non-alcoholic beverages are available to purchase at the participants' own expense.

The bus will depart Bemidji at 12:30 p.m. at the Cenex South Parking Lot, 120 Convenience Lane SW and return by approximately 7 p.m.

The cost is $99 for members and $119 for non-members. The trip price includes: motorcoach transportation, show ticket and dinner.
