Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Got Cuddly In the NYC Rain Together

On Friday, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez walked through the rain in New York City, looking cozy and cuddly. Lopez wore a cream-colored puffy coat as she walked arm-in-arm with Affleck, the large fur trimming framing her face. Under her coat was an all-white outfit over black and white sneakers. She had her hair slicked back and a wore a pair of rectangular sunglasses despite the rain.

Affleck's beige cardigan matched Lopez, but his jeans were a faded black and his coat was gray. He leaned in to speak to his girlfriend as umbrellas were held over their heads. Lopez is currently in NYC to promote her new film with Owen Wilson, Marry Me.

In the film, Lopez plays a celebrity pop icon who is supposed to marry her fiancé live on stage. Just before the ceremony, she discovers he is cheating and ends up swapping in Wilson from the audience of her concert. Musical artist Maluma plays her philandering ex.

Lopez made an appearance on the TODAY Show to promote the movie and was interviewed by Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie, who wanted to know all about her rekindled relationship with Affleck. Guthrie was particularly interested in how they reunited in 2021.

“I know you don’t necessarily want to spill your guts about something that is personal and belongs to you,” Guthrie asked. “But I think so many people can relate to the one who got away or the one you always wondered about. How did you find each other again?’

In response, Lopez said she'd tell them after the cameras were off, but when they persisted she said, “When Ben and I were younger and we were together, we were just out there with our relationship. When something is sacred like that and you put it out there, you kind of say to people it’s yours to do with what you want…We’re just at a different place in our life. We’re going to try to keep as much as we can sharing our happiness but at the same time keeping it very sacred and close to our own hearts.”
