Hulu and Disney+ Among the Streamers to Announce New Black Friday Deals — Here Are More of the Best Sales

Ahead of the shopping holiday’s official date (Nov. 29), Hulu and Disney+ are the latest to announce some of their best deals of the year — so if you were hoping to upgrade your home theater setup ahead of your Thanksgiving hosting duties, now’s the time to sign up.
The streaming services join Peacock, Max, Prime Video and Paramount+ in offering a minimum of 70 percent off to eligible subscribers through December. DirecTV’s current promo features up to $625 in savings when you bundle select plans with premier add-ons, while Sling is giving new subscribers half off their first month of cable TV streaming.

DirecTV
For a limited time, new subscribers can get up to $625 in value when they sign up for a 24-month agreement of the DirecTV Choice plan (or higher tier) and bundle it with the Bronze, Silver or Gold package that includes premium networks such as Max, Paramount+ with Showtime, Lifetime Movie Club and more. Get Disney+ Duo Basic Deal $2.99 per month
Through Dec. 2, Disney+’s 2024 Black Friday deal promises the Duo Basic plan (Disney+ and Hulu with ads) for only $2.99 per month for 12 months for new and returning subscribers who have not been customers within the last month. That’s 72 percent off compared to separate subscriptions (Disney+ and Hulu both start at $9.99 monthly for the ad-supported plans.)

Save $30 off your first month of Fubo, which starts at $49.99 for the Pro plan (reg. $79.99 monthly) with up to 205 channels, including ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, FX, MSNBC, Nickelodeon, NFL Network and more. Through Dec. 2, save 90 percent per month for one year with Hulu’s Black Friday deal, which brings the ad-supported plan down to 99 cents per month for 12 months. It includes a 30-day free trial, too; after a year, the subscription auto-renews at $9.99 per month or the current rate.
Max
Through Dec. 2, new and eligible returning subscribers of Max with Ads get their first six months for only $2.99 per month; plus, the plan includes B/R Sports Add-On for free for a limited time. After the promo period, the subscription auto-renews at $9.99 per month. You can also get the deal when you get the Max add-on through Apple and other streaming platforms.
Max is home to Dune 1 and 2 (plus the new Dune: Prophecy series), Game of Thrones and its prequel House of the Dragon, Elf, The Sex Lives of College Girls, True Detective, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Sex and the City and its And Just Like That spinoff, and more HBO and Max original series.

Philo
Philo hasn’t announced its Black Friday deal yet, but new subscribers can still try the cable TV streaming service free for seven days. The internet-based service is regularly $28 per month and includes AMC, BBC, Paramount Network, BET, MTV, Lifetown, OWN and more than 50 other classic TV, lifestyle and news channels. Subscribers can stream on up to three devices simultaneously, create up to 10 profiles and save unlimited live or future shows for up to one year.
Prime Video (Amazon)
Through Dec. 3, save 77% off your first two months of select Prime Video channels, including AMC+, Paramount+ with Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, PBS Kids, PBS Masterpiece, Britbox, Hallmark+ and more.

Starz has yet to reveal its Black Friday promo, but the streamer’s current deal gives new subscribers their first month for $7. Regularly $10.99 per month (or $45.99 for six months), Starz offers access to hit series and films such as Outlander, Three Women, the Power Book franchise, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and more.
For now, the best Starz streaming deal is at Amazon, where you can save 75% on you add it to your Prime Video subscription. Through Dec. 2, get Starz on Prime Video for only $2.75 per month for the first two months; after that, pay $10.99 per month on top of your Prime membership or monthly Prime Video subscription fee.
