It's not too late to save: Shop the best Cyber Monday tech deals still on at Walmart
We may receive commission from purchases made via links on this page. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
Although Black Friday 2021 is now a memory and Cyber Monday 2021 just ended, Walmart continues to offer some amazing Cyber Week deals on tech products.
Below, I've rounded up what I consider to be the best of them. At this writing, they're all in stock, but that could change in a heartbeat. (Indeed, between yesterday and today, several products went back to pre-Cyber Monday pricing.) My advice remains the same as always: If you spot something you want, grab it before it's gone!
(Pro tip: Want to score free shipping? Make sure you’re signed up for Walmart+. Not yet a member? No problem: You can sign up for a free 15-day Walmart+ trial here, and a quick three-question survey will add two more weeks for a solid 30 days of use. Those without Walmart+ still get free shipping on orders of $35 or more.)
Bomaker Polaris 4K Laser Projector: $2,100 (save $700)
Wow, did this ever sneak in under the radar. The Polaris 4K is one of the new breed of ultra-short-throw (UST) projectors, most of which sell for at least $2,500. (Bomaker proper lists it at $2,800, with only a $500 Cyber Monday discount).
Unlike most projectors, UST models can park right next to a wall, meaning you don't have to mess around with ceiling mounts, in-wall cabling and all that. At a distance of just nine inches, for example, you can enjoy a 100-inch image. A 4K, HDR-enhanced image at that.
You'll need a big chunk of white/gray wall, of course, or a proper projector screen. I also recommend using a Fire TV or Roku streaming device, as the Polaris has no built-in smarts to speak of. Even so, this is one of the best UST projector deals I've ever seen. I own something similar, and it's nothing short of fantastic.
Lenovo Legion 5 17.3-inch gaming laptop: $699 (save $211)
There are casual gamers who can get by with a modest PC, and then there are gamers who want the horsepower to, as they say, "blow stuff up real good." Powerful processor, dedicated graphics subsystem, game-friendly cooling hardware and so on.
The Legion 5 series has earned raves from reviewers and everyday gamers alike. This model features a 3.3GHz AMD Ryzen 5 processor, an extra-roomy 17.3-inch screen, GeForce GTX graphics and lots of expansion ports — most of them located at the rear so as no to interfere with gameplay (or desktop aesthetics).
With only 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, however, some expansion might be in order — but that's easy enough to do.
Acer Chromebook Spin 311: $229 (save $70)
The Spin 311 is an 11.6-inch convertible, meaning it has a touchscreen on a 360-degree hinge. So in addition to operating like a traditional laptop, it can spin (see what Acer did there?) to become a full-fledged tablet.
In fact, Google's Chrome operating system offers not only school-friendly tools like Google Docs and Classroom, but also compatibility with millions of Android apps. This is a decidedly capable little machine, especially for the price.
Roku Streambar: $80 (save $50)
The Roku Streambar kills two birds with one stone — or, as my enlightened friends like to say, feeds two birds with one scone. First, it's a sound bar, something every TV owner absolutely positively needs (because built-in TV speakers all point down or back, exactly where your ears aren't).
Second, it's a Roku streamer, able to sling everything from Netflix to HBO to YouTube. That's great if you're upgrading a "dumb" TV or seeking an alternative to your existing streaming setup. (Example: Perhaps you don't like the user interface afforded by your LG TV.)
The Streambar is a top-rated product, featuring 4K streaming and a voice-powered remote, and this is the lowest price on record. Note that it's no longer available online, but you may be able to find it in-store at this price.
Samsung HW-T415 2.1-channel sound bar with wireless subwoofer: $99 (save $50)
Remember what I said above? About everyone needing a sound bar? Absolutely true, but not everyone needs Roku streaming baked into it. If you'd rather have bigger, more robust sound, and don't mind spending another $19, Samsung's rig is definitely worth a look.
Not only is the bar itself physically larger than Roku's, it comes with a wireless subwoofer. Anyone into action movies, live concerts or anything else that benefits from bass will appreciate the extra oomph a subwoofer affords.
SOLD OUT: AirPods Pro: $159 (save $90)
I'll make it quick: AirPods Pro for $159. That's $90 off the list price and the largest discount in the product's history. Consequently, this deal won't last long.
If you miss it, or think $159 is still too much to pay for earbuds, I feel you: Here's a roundup of great AirPods alternatives priced $100 and less.
SOLD OUT: Beats Solo Pro: $99 (save $50)
Some folks don't like sticking things in their ears. If you're looking for a more traditional listening experience, consider the Beats Solo Pro, which is an "on-ear" headphone. That means the cups don't fully cover your ears, but rather rest gently on them.
Apple-owned Beats has crafted a winning product in the Solo Pro, which offers active noise-canceling (ANC) and up to 22 hours of battery life — or up to 40 if you don't use ANC. They fold up for easier transport/storage when not in use and automatically power on when unfolded.
Previously available in three colors (now only the gray version is left), these originally sold for $300. At $99 they're an outright steal.
EXPIRED: Fitbit Charge 4: $69 (save $81)
It's not too early to start on your New Year's fitness resolution, and a fitness band can really help you achieve your goals. Especially this one: It features GPS, a heart-rate monitor, sleep-tracking and a battery that's good for up to seven days. Over at Amazon, where it's currently selling for $145, it has a 4.5-star average rating from over 66,000 (!) buyers.
Walmart's deal blows away the previous best, which was $99. So here's a question for the ages: Does a fitness band make a good gift? Or is that like telling someone, "Hey, you could stand to lose some weight"? Discuss.
EXPIRED: Nintendo Switch Mario Kart 8 bundle: $299 (save $50)
Nintendo's insanely popular game system is always hard to find around the holidays, and it normally sells for $299 all by itself. Here you're getting it bundled with the popular Mario Kart 8, which normally sells for $50 all by itself. I call that a double-win.
The Switch is notable for being a handheld game system that can also dock with your TV to become a more traditional console. This version comes with the blue and red controllers; the bundled game is delivered via download.
EXPIRED: Samsung Chromebook 4: $87 (save $113)
Holy Black Friday-buster, Batman! This Cyber Monday Chromebook deal is just about the best I've ever seen. And it will NOT last long.
The Chromebook 4 is basic but effective, with an 11.6-inch screen, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The battery is good for up 12 hours, according to Samsung, meaning it should easily survive a full day of school.
Seriously, this will sell out in a flash. Hope you're able to grab one!
