Disney's Lion King remake has already been building up a megastar cast, fronted by Donald Glover voicing adult Simba, but it just got yet another level-up in the form of - Beyoncé?!

The singer had reportedly been in talks to voice adult Nala earlier in the year, but naturally it wasn't a done deal until Queen Bey posted about the role. Which she did, on her Facebook, with this helpful graphic laying out exactly how much talent was behind the film:

Sure, the live action remake (which will keep the animals, and probably utilize Jungle Book-like graphics?) won't actually feature Beyoncé in uh, a lioness suit, but it's fun to imagine her "getting in character" by channeling the queen of the savannah. She certainly knows how to look regal as hell:

The film also features the voice talents of Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, John Oliver as Zazu, and of course, James Earl Jones back as Mufasa. While there's no formal release date yet, keep your calendar open for summer 2019.
