Beyoncé Outranks Adele & Taylor Swift on ‘Forbes’ List of Highest-Paid Women in Music
It’s official: Beyoncé still reigns supreme over the music industry’s elite, according to Forbes.
Beyoncé landed the top spot on Forbes’s annual list of the highest-paid women in music by raking in a whopping $105 million this year, which is nearly double the $54 million she earned in 2016. The singer’s Lemonade album and the success of her Formation World Tour accounted for the majority of her income.
Beyoncé beat out runner-up Adele ($69 million) by a casual $36 million. Taylor Swift ($44 million) came in at number three, followed by Celine Dion ($42 million) and Jennifer Lopez ($38 million) rounding out the top five.
All hail Queen Bey.
