‘Big Bang Theory’ Alum Johnny Galecki Unveils Thrilling Family Update

Johnny Galecki, father of two?!

That’s right—The Big Bang Theory star revealed a couple of thrilling family updates during a recent interview with Architectural Digest.

But details are limited. For instance, we don’t know when exactly his daughter arrived, or what she looks like. According to the interview, Oona Evelena was born recently, which makes her about four years younger than Galecki’s firstborn son, Orbison.

In addition to sharing the news of his growing family, Galecki also revealed that he and his partner, Morgan Galecki, are now married, though it was unclear when they tied the knot.

While Galecki and his new wife appear together in photos taken for the Architectural Digest interview, one photo that includes Galecki’s son shows Orbison’s face hidden behind a rabbit mask. This is consistent with several photos Galecki has shared of his son on social media over the years, with Orbison’s face either turned away from the camera or obscured in some way.

Oona Evelena is the Roseanne alum’s second child and first with his new wife. He previously dated Alaina Meyer, with whom he had Orbison in November 2019. The couple separated in late 2020, with People reporting that they agreed to share parenting duties.

Galecki and his family live in a mansion in the Nashville area, a home that Galecki has spent a significant amount of time designing and renovating, according to the interview.

Galecki, who starred in The Big Bang Theory as Leonard Hofstadter throughout the series from 2007 to 2019, became one of television’s highest-paid actors by the end of the show’s run. His net worth in 2023 was estimated to be about $100 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Since the hit CBS sitcom ended, Galecki has had a few guest appearances on The Conners, a Roseanne spinoff, to reprise his role as a grownup David Healy.
