  • Billie Eilish rocked a textured Chanel suit with sneakers at the 2020 Oscars.

  • She also slayed the red carpet with the longest acrylic nails humankind has ever seen.

Billie Eilish didn't come to play when she attended the 2020 Academy Awards to perform during the "In Memoriam" segment of the show. The artist traded in her oversized tracksuit for an equally as oversized (yet incredibly chic) white Chanel suit. The textured material was embellished with the iconic Chanel "CC" logo and perfectly paired with black and white sneakers. Of course, a Billie outfit would not be complete without a TON of accessories. From her slime green roots and Chanel scrunchie/ribbon to her big, gold chains, Bille knows that more is more.

Which is what brings us to the most iconic part of her look: THOSE. TALONS. While Billie is no stranger to long, acrylic nails, these puppies are literal claws. This all black, studded mani is inches upon inches of nail glory. But I mean... how can she open a door? Eat a Cheeto? Get an eyelash out of her eye? Honestly, those nails should be registered as weapons.

Of course, fans are living for Billie's mani, but they also have a lot of questions...

One fan tweeted, "I can verify that with nails that long, Billie Eilish just doesn’t intend to poop ever again. WHY DO YOU THINK I JUST DID A TRIM?"

Another said, "Billie Eilish lowkey looks like Edward Scissorhands with those nails."

Some think that her long AF nails may be one big mistake. One user said, "Billie Eilish's nails look like before your nail technician cuts and files them."

Knowing Billie and how thoughtful she is when it comes to her outfits, this mani is 100% intentional.
