Billy Porter Looked Like an Actual Angel at the Golden Globes
There's no question that Billy Porter won 2019 with his rotation of extravagant looks on the red carpet.
His domination of the best-dressed lists began at last year's Golden Globes when he arrived to the award show wearing a bejeweled jumpsuit complete with a hot pink cape, and, from there, his high-impact fashions — ranging from a custom tuxedo-ballgown to a Cleopatra-inspired gold jumpsuit with 10-foot angel wings — have upped the ante each and every time.
Now, upon entering the new decade, Porter appears intent on topping his most iconic moments, and he's starting at the 2020 Golden Globe Awards.
Porter wore an all-white suit with a full train made out of feathers, designed by Alex Vinash, along with Jimmy Choo shoes and Tiffany & Co. jewels. He told E's Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet that the whole look took three months to come together — understandable, really, when you have fragile feathers in play.
Reminder: There are no rules when it comes to Billy's style.
