  • Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani reportedly bought their first home together in Los Angeles.

  • The couple have been social distancing at Blake’s Oklahoma estate amid the coronavirus crisis.

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are taking the next step in their relationship. The couple reportedly just closed on their first house together, a stunning $13.2 million estate in Encino, located in Los Angeles’s San Fernando Valley.

According to Variety, the house is brand-new and was built on spec, so there are no photographs available yet. But the website posted simulated images of the jaw-dropping manor home, which reportedly boasts three full floors, 13,000 square feet of living space, and a state-of-the-art home theater. Step outside onto the sprawling grounds and you’ll find a four-car garage, and a huge backyard pool with a spa, cabana, wet bar, and outdoor kitchen.

The 1.6-acre lot will give the musical superstars a lot of privacy, with two oversized gates and layers of retaining walls that make it totally invisible from the street. (Which is fine, because obviously we’ll be invited to the housewarming party. Can’t wait!)

Blake and Gwen’s exciting news comes just a few months after the No Doubt frontwoman finally sold the Beverly Hills home she shared with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. The house was purchased by comedian Sebastian Maniscalco after two years on the market.

Since they began dating in 2015, Blake and Gwen have split their time between her Los Angeles home and the country singer’s ranch in Oklahoma. More recently, the couple have been self-isolating in Oklahoma since the coronavirus crisis took hold.

There’s no word yet on how soon Blake and Gwen will move into their new home, but we think it looks like a heavenly place to hide away!
