  • Briana and Ryan Culberson took to Instagram on their shared account to answer questions about their keto diet weight loss.

  • They said "if you're hungry on keto, you're doing it wrong."

  • They've lost more than 100 pounds combined over the past year.

Both Briana and Ryan Culberson have lost a ton of weight on the keto diet. Briana, daughter of The Real Housewives of Orange County's Vicki Gunvalson, and her husband are all about sharing their experience on Instagram. In July, they shared that they had lost a combined total of 107 pounds by doing keto.

And in their latest post, Ryan posted a picture of Briana and their son, complimenting her on making scrubs look good.

But it sparked some questions from their followers about if the keto diet is a truly legit way to lose weight.

One follower asked, "Do you eat as much as you like on keto or do you monitor the amount even if it's low-carb?"

And Ryan responded, "We believe that if you're hungry on keto, you're doing it wrong. We don't weigh our meals or count calories—just focused on eating the proper things."

These other celebs are obsessed with the keto diet, too:

Another fan had a question about how they got started on keto, asking "Have bought two books to try and understand what to eat I don't get it can you recommend a KETO for dummies or you could write one. How did you learn about it and get started?"

Ryan pointed her to other posts on his Instagram, noting the couple has been on keto for over a year.

Back in November 2018, he posted that the couple had been doing the keto diet for five months and were already having success. And by January 2019, Briana had lost 45 pounds. She credited keto for helping her manage health issues she's experienced since being diagnosed with lupus in 2016.
