Bring A Starbucks Holiday Cup To The Airport And You Could Board Your Flight Early This Week

If you've already picked up your Starbucks Holiday re-usable cup, you may know a bit about the perks involved (the envy of others and 50 cents off your grande or larger coffee after 2 p.m. between November 7 and January 7). But there is one more benefit you may not have heard of yet. If you have your holiday cup in hand at the airport, you can get priority boarding on all Alaska Airlines flights, November 7-10.

Here's how it works, if you have a Starbucks holiday cup in hand (both the standard red disposable cups and the re-usable ones) you will get to be in the “espresso” (HAH!) lane, on the flight. This gets you onto the plane following group B, which isn't too shabby. Think about how cool you'll feel waltzing onto the plane early, all because you love caffeine.

If you're anything like me and down at least one coffee before boarding any mode of transportation, never fear; you just have to have the Starbucks cup in hand when you board. It can be empty.

In addition to this very cool perk, some guests on select flights will also find some surprises from Starbucks when they get to their seats. Kind of makes you want to book a flight for this weekend, huh? It's not too late!

You can find out the answers to all of your Starbucks/Alaska Airlines/Espresso Lane-related questions on the airline's blog post. For those of you who just-so-happened to have an Alaska Airline flight this weekend, how's it feel to be super lucky?
