Britney Spears Dances in Sheer Red Mini Dress in New Video

Britney Spears is back to dancing her heart out on social media, and fortunately, there were no sharp objects involved this time around.

In her latest Instagram video, the "If U Seek Amy" songstress wore nothing but a sheer red mini dress, showing off the black thong she was wearing underneath.

She accessorized the look with a black choker and classic heels, while dancing around her home to the tune of Tove Lo's "Habits (Stay High) (Hippie Sabotage Remix)."

Per usual, Spears kept things fairly cryptic in her caption, writing under the sensual video, "Just a game of a little CHESS ?????????????????? YOU CAN’T DO THAT … YOU CAN’T DO THAT … well … I JUST DID ??????????????????!!!"

The Princess of Pop, 41, has been living the single life lately, after recently splitting from husband Sam Asghari, whom she married in June 2022. She most recently enjoyed a sushi dinner date with Latin superstars Maluma and J Balvin, joking in the caption of her upload that she had "no idea" who they were.

Last month, Spears had fans concerned for her well-being when she posted a number of Instagram videos of herself dancing with giant kitchen knives. Despite claiming that they were "props," local law enforcement officers ended up performing a welfare check at her home after receiving a call from someone who claimed to know the pop star personally. (The LAPD explained in a statement at the time that they don't make welfare checks on behalf of fans.)

When authorities showed up at her house, Spears' security team reportedly assured them that she was in good health, as she refused to talk to the deputies directly.

She later reached out to her fans on Instagram, telling them there was never anything to worry about.

"I know I spooked everyone with the last post, but these are fake knives that my team rented from Hand Prop shop in LA," she clarified in a Sept. 28 post. "These are not real knives. No one needs to worry or call the police."

She then explained that she was trying to imitate one of Shakira's performances that she was inspired by, adding, "Cheers to us bad girls who aren’t afraid to push boundaries and take risks ????????????!"
