Both Britney Spears and Sam Asghari were spotted without their wedding rings this week.

Sam Asghari, the husband of pop star Britney Spears, is speaking out with an update on the pair's marriage, which came into question earlier this week after both spouses were seen without their wedding rings.

Fans began to speculate that there could be trouble in paradise after Spears, 41, was spotted at LAX on her way to a Mexican vacation without her hubby, when photos obtained by The Daily Mail revealed the missing rock that's usually on her left hand.

Asghari, 29, also appeared to have ditched his wedding band during an errand run in Los Angeles on Thursday, a sighting that was captured in paparazzi photos obtained by the outlet as well.

After an avalanche of rumors began to spread about possible marital issues between the couple, the Iranian-American model confirmed that it was all just gossip in a statement made via his representative.

Rep Brandon Cohen confirmed to Page Six on Friday, March 31, that Asghari is not having any marital problems with Spears, and that he only appeared without his ring because he's currently in the middle of filming a movie.

Other speculators couldn't help but question why the "Circus" songstress would be vacationing in Mexico without her husband, and immediately assumed it was a sign that their relationship was on the rocks. However, a source also told Page Six that Asghari was unable to join in on the vacation fun as he is busy with work.

Instead, Spears has been living it up on the beaches of Mexico with her longtime friend and manager Cade Hudson.
