Britney Spears Looks Chic in Sheer 3D Polka Dot Blouse and Brown Pointy Pumps to Pet a Pig
Britney Spears’ latest outfit was a lesson in chic summer dressing.
The “Toxic” singer took to Instagram to share her latest adventure, spending a sunny afternoon petting a large gray pig. “I find spending time with animals like this peaceful pig to be very therapeutic,” Spears wrote in her caption, adding how similar experiences ease her social anxiety. The star’s look for the occasion was breezy and classic, as she paired lightly distressed black denim shorts with a sheer white blouse. Her top featured a 3D polka dot texture and lightly puffed sleeves, adding whimsical elegance to the ensemble. Spears accessorized her look with a gold bangle, white sunglasses, and a classic updo.

When it came to shoes, the “I Wanna Go” singer chose a pair of classic pointed-toe pumps for the occasion. The pair featured brown leather uppers and heels that appeared to total at least 3 inches in height. Spears’ shoes proved a versatile addition to her look, smoothly pairing with her top and shorts to create a sharp neutral color palette. However, they weren’t the only pair of classic heels she’s worn this season. The star was also seen in a pair of beige open-toed sandals last week, worn in one of her popular Instagram dancing videos.
Pointed-toe pumps have caught on as a popular shoe choice this season, now that live events are back and heels have returned to our regular rotations. Spears is the latest celebrity to step out in a pair for everyday wear. Stars like Lady Gaga, Rita Ora, and Sarah Jessica Parker have all been spotted in the style in a range of colors and heel heights in recent weeks, hailing from brands like Giuseppe Zanotti, Christian Louboutin, and Manolo Blahnik.
For footwear, Spears often wears comfortable and budget-friendly styles like Steve Madden’s platforms, Birkenstock’s Arizona sandals and Hoka One’s Clifton sneakers. On the red carpet, she’s previously favored similar pointed-toe pumps, as well as sparkly sandals and thigh-high boots from Louboutin, Zanotti and Le Silla. The singer has also dipped her toes into the fashion industry, having designed a co-branded collection with Candies in 2010 and appearing in Kenzo’s 2018 La Collection Momento No2 — her first-ever luxury fashion campaign.
