Britney Spears is getting some much-needed rest after sharing her testimony with the world.

Access reports that Spears flew to the Hawaiian island of Maui on June 24, one day after giving an emotional testimony at her conservatorship hearing. Her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, posted a series of Instagram videos of the couple on a plane the same day. In the slideshow, the couple are playing with face filters as their private plane heads to Maui.

On June 23, Spears gave a detailed testimony about her struggles while living under a conservatorship helmed by her father, Jamie Spears, for the past 12 years. She called the conservatorship abusive, saying, "It’s not OK to force me to do anything I don’t want to."

Asghari's post is the first sign of Spears on social media since she posted an Instagram apologizing to her fans for "pretending to be ok" for the past two years. In the new post, the pop star is all giggles as she films Asghari with the puppy filter while he dozes off.

Maui is a frequent vacation spot for Spears. She and Asghari visited the island earlier this year, with Spears posting vacation pics to her Instagram in February. Spears also mentioned "vacations to Maui" as one of the things that her conservatorship team threatened to take away from her during her Wednesday testimony.

Asghari has previously showed support for Spears during her conservatorship battle. He called out Spears' father, Jamie Spears, on an Instagram story last February, calling him a "total dick." He also said, "Now it's important for people to understand that I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles our way."

Here's hoping that Spears has the time of her life on this much-needed vacation.
