Brooke Shields Looks So Freakin' Fit At 54 In Her Latest Bikini Pic
At 54, Brooke Shields just showed off her crazy-toned abs in a new bikini Instagram.
To stay fit, she does aerial workouts, uses resistance bands, and does kettlebells.
She also feels her best when drinking more water and less alcohol.
Actress and model Brooke Shields is seriously fit. At 54, she's never looked better—and she's got the bikini Instagram to prove it. In her latest post, she's showing off her toned physique in a super cute dark blue two-piece.
"another blue lagoon ??," Brooke captioned her post, an ode to her 1980 movie The Blue Lagoon that helped launched her acting career.
And not so surprisingly, her famous friends and Instagram followers were loving it.
"??????," fellow model Cindy Crawford commented. "Beautiful ??," actress Kelly Rutherford said.
And there was so much more. "OMG! You are a really goddess... ??????," one follower wrote. "Omg! How do you do it??? You are beautiful," another fan commented.
So... how does Brooke look like straight fire at 54? Well, it takes a ton of hard work—and plenty of time spent in the gym.
She posts tons of her workouts on Instagram. Just one day before her bikini pic, Brooke posted an intense workout video of her doing some serious aerial crunches and ab work.
"Defying gravity at the gym today. Still feeling the burn," she captioned her post.
Brooke also previously told Health, "I've just started hanging upside down in inversion boots, doing hamstring pulls and sit-ups. I'm amazed at how great it feels on my back. I'll just hang there and then start doing a whole series of crunches and things like that. It's really hard, but it's really great, and I notice a difference."
And she also works her lower body with resistance bands and does kettlebell workouts.
"Getting one more workout in before the holidays. It’s been a long road from my knee surgery last year to now – I’ve learned so much about my body and I’m excited to share more of my wellness journey with you," she captioned her post.
Brooke previously shared with Health that she does Pilates and SoulCycle, too. And she also told People that she looks her best when she’s "working out all the time, getting enough sleep, drinking a lot of water [and] drinking less alcohol."
Well, whatever she's doing, it's definitely working.
