Brooklyn Beckham Made David Beckham Cry on His Birthday

Sometimes, the best things in life don't cost a thing. Just ask David Beckham.

Even though the soccer star has amassed quite a fortune of his own, he still burst into tears over a gift with no price tag. When Beckham turned 43 on May 2, his wife, fashion designer Victoria Beckham, and their eldest son Brooklyn managed to give him a surprise that truly takes the cake.

Brooklyn managed to move his dad to tears with the birthday gift of himself, and it was a moment.

Brooklyn is currently studying photography at the Parsons School of Design in New York, but he took a break in order to jet to London for David's 43rd birthday. As David and Victoria sat down to celebrate, Brooklyn popped up out of nowhere, and as the proud dad he is, David immediately dissolved into tears.

At first, everything seemed casual. David sat with Victoria and their other children at the table, keeping it simple in his all-black outfit, but that all changed when Brooklyn walked in, casual beanie, sneakers, and all.

The two quickly cuddled up together, not letting go.

"Best birthday surprise, my big boy coming home," David captioned the family moment.

In the background, one of the younger Beckhams can be heard saying "I didn't know Brooklyn was coming!"

It just goes to show that the best things in life are free.
