Fact: Sometimes you just need a little space. And nothing gets the job done like escaping to a tiny home that's legit ~made~ for your backyard. Not to mention one that also comes equipped with wheels in case you need to, ya know, get even more space (read: book it, Danno).

This can all be possible—and yours for a casual $7,790—thanks to a cute lil cabin better known as the Allwood Mayflower. Big name for such a tiny thing that bares zero resemblance to the OG Mayflower.

Less of a ship and more of a she shed, the Allwood Mayflower is a one-room garden getaway that is only 117 square feet, making it the perfect place to house your hobbies or your guests. Before you start kicking your feet up and your in-laws out there, however, you need to get your hands a little, err, a lot dirty. Apparently, this mini casa comes in pieces or as a "kit" that requires some DIY.

According to the cabin's creators at Allwood, with the help from a friend (so, two people total), you can have this bad boy up and running making all your neighbors jealous in just one day. I repeat: one day. You bring the tools (and buy roof shingles since they're not included), they provide the step-by-step instructions, and I will be over here quoting Ina Garten because seriously, how easy is that?!

Made of high quality Nordic wood, which gives the tiny home that natural-looking, light colored facade, the cute lil cabin looks a lot—and I mean a lot—like a wagon from yesteryear that was used to adventure out West. And believe it or not, according to the product's Amazon page, that's exactly the point: "Allwood Mayflower is a modern interpretation of the wagon without the arduous journey to the West."

What. Fun.
