Burberry Tapped the Biggest British Stars—Naomi! Elton! Romeo!—for Its Holiday Campaign
By Stephanie Chan
Burberry is pulling out all the stops for its latest campaign, enlisting the hottest British names to front this year’s festive ads. Photographed by Mario Testino, the campaign stars Sir Elton John, Late Late Show host James Corden, Brooklyn actress Julie Walters, Romeo Beckham (this is his second time starring in the Burberry festive ad), Naomi Campbell, Downton Abbey star Michelle Dockery, musicians James Bay and George Ezra, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and her brother, Toby.

The good-looking crew will also star in the fashion house’s new three-minute film that will debut on Tuesday, Nov. 3. The short — which will premiere at Burberry’s global flagship store in London during an event hosted by Burberry CEO Christopher Bailey and Elton John, as well as on the brand’s social channels — pays tribute to the BAFTA Award-winning film Billy Elliot, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year.
The campaign’s release is held in celebration of Burberry’s annual collection of festive gifts, which will be available in store and on Burberry.com on Monday.
