Burger King Unleashes Scary Delicious Halloween Menu
Burger King is spooking fans with its ghostly Halloween menu.
Fast food influencer Markie Devo shared photos on Instagram of the limited-edition items the franchise has in store for the holiday, which includes the return of the Ghost Pepper Whopper and the debut of the Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries.
The Ghost Pepper Whopper is made with bacon, jalape?os, melted ghost pepper cheese and queso sauce in an orange bun with black seeds. Meanwhile the Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries turn the beloved treat into a trick, with ghost pepper spice.
For those who aren't spice aficionados, Burger King is also allowing fans to get two favorites in one, with the option of having a mix of french fries and onion rings.
As for the inedible goodies, Burger King is sticking with the paranormal theme, introducing two brand-new, limited-edition items: a ghost crown and a "Trick-or-Heat" glow-in-the-dark bucket with pepper-shaped ghosts. Sadly, according to Devo, the buckets will only be available at select locations in Nashville, Las Vegas, Charlotte, and Atlanta, where the item will be sold for just $1.
Additionally, Burger King will reportedly introduce a digitally exclusive "Trick-or-Heat" meal bundle on Friday the 13th, turning the unlucky day into a lucky one for fans. Available from the 13th until Halloween, the deal allows you to purchase both of the Ghost Pepper offerings, as well as small fries, a small beverage, and a Hershey Sundae Pie for $13.
The menu is said to be made public on Oct. 12., though Devo notes that "some locations may have it earlier."
