October is winding down and that means spooky season is nearly coming to an end. Soon we'll be trading in ghosts for turkeys and pumpkin spice for, well, OK we'll keep that for a while. But Disney World still manages to surprise us with its Halloween offerings late into the month, including the Black Magic Margarita.

This frightening drink has been dubbed a dark purple delight, but in photos, it pretty much looks jet black to me. It's made up of Patron, Grand Mariner, sweet and sour mix, and black cherry syrup topped with a black rock salt rim and a wedge of lime. In some photos, the shaken margarita is even foaming a bit on the top, making it look like a witch's caldron, AKA very badass.

Disney expert Janelle Sheetz over at Disney Food Blog gave it a try and said that despite its appearance, it pretty much tastes like your standard marg and if you like sweet and sour mix, you'll be happy.

You can pick this creation up at Dockside Margaritas in Disney Springs near the Walt Disney World resort. I am making a mental note that there is an entire bar focused on making delicious margaritas at Disney. If you want this specific one, it'll run you $16 and is only around for a limited time, so hop on your witch's broom and take a seat on the patio.

If margaritas aren't your style, there are still tons of other Halloween treats you can enjoy at the Disney parks including a Sanderson Sisters cupcake, a bloody wedding cake inspired by The Haunted Mansion, and buckets of candy. Gosh, I'll miss October.
