Candace Cameron Bure has fans greatly impressed with her workout, with the Full House star showing off her great core strength as she encouraged people to join her.
In a video shared to her Instagram feed on Jan. 25, Bure rocked a cropped long-sleeved black top with pink pants and black athletic shoes as she tried out an exercise that builds on a classic plank. To make it more challenging, she suggested adding weight, in the form of either a dumbbell or a SandBell, to move as you hold the pose. She also shared a modified version to make the exercise possible for a wider range of people.
"???? Take your plank up a notch by adding a pull through with your Kira sandbell OR dumbbell. Elevate your feet on the Stoked Step for an added challenge for your shoulders and core," she wrote, before suggesting other ways to change up the workout. "Happy workout ????!! You’ve got this!!"
Bure credited personal trainer Kira Stokes, who created a fitness workout app. She also appeared as a guest on The Candace Cameron Bure Podcast on the Jan. 16 episode.
Stokes commented on Bure's workout post, writing, "As always, making it look easy!! Oh how we LOVE 'sneaky' core work #thestokedmethod. The power house of your body deserves lots of attention ??."
"You are so strong!!!!??," wrote one fan, while many more also complimented the actress, writing things like, "Get it girl!!! Crush that workout! ??????," and, "???? way to go."
Another joked, "I might just move my purse back and forth but I think it could work! ????."
While Bure is starting the new year by sharing her workouts with fans, she took a little break from social media over the holidays, calling it a "breath of fresh air" and inviting fans to do the same. Hopefully, the nice break left her feeling refreshed and ready to take on 2024!
