Cat Rescued From Subway Trapped in a Feather Boa Is Up for Adoption

She has the sweetest little face ever.

On Sunday, NYPD officers were called to save a cat from inside a subway tunnel that was discovered tangled up in a feather boa and walking along the subway tracks. It wasn’t clear where in the subway system the cat first entered or whether the cat got tangled on its own in the feather boa or was tied up but NYPD officers and NYC Transit personnel were able to free the cat and bring her to the Manhattan Animal Care Center.

@Nycacc posted the following video where their cat behavior specialist Stephen Quandt introduces watchers to sweet Bugle.

TikTok viewers are absolutely in love with this rescue cat and @DGR comments "OMG her face is absolutely perfect!" @Whatshername says "Oh poor baby! I'm so happy she's safe now." @Rwhite says "Good thing the train operator saw this cutie." @Pippetmcmuffin posts what we are all thinking with "What a sweetheart! I have a feeling she won't be at ACC long." @Brooklinn says "Sweet girl. I hope you find your forever home soon."

If you are interested in meeting Bugle or another adoptable cat, you can get information about the Manhattan Animal Care Center here. We have a feeling precious Bugle will probably be adopted super fast, but there are sure to be other cats and kittens looking for a family to give them all the love and security they deserve.
