CHERYL LADD: Hi, I'm Cheryl Ladd, and these are a few things I bought during quarantine, from low to high. This is "New in the Q."
When I lost my mother it was very, very difficult, because we were very close. And I was just having a hard time. Then someone told me about this wonderful book called "Imagine Heaven." And it's written by John Burke. And it is a whole book about people's experiences when they were supposedly dying, in the hospital, or whatever, and they took a little trip to where I hope we all get to go in the future. Anyway, so that's "Imagine Heaven," and it's fascinating.
I always have to get my Caudalie, my moisturizer. It's the one that I never break out from. It's the one I've been using for quite some time now. And I love it, and I have to have it. I just have this really sensitive skin. So this one I don't break out from ever. And I use it twice a day. It's very light.
And then I have a granddaughter. And one of these days, we're going to be watching the whole "Charlie's Angels" series from top to bottom together, and I can't wait to do that with her. I like the one where it was a Broadway show and I got to sing and dance. I started out singing and dancing, so I love doing that.
It was really funny-- speaking of my mother again-- when she was in the hospital before she passed away, I was sitting next to her bed and "Charlie's Angels" came on. And we got to watch a few episodes together. It was very bonding. She was very proud of me.
The biggest, most expensive thing would be this gigantic Sony television. It's like having a movie theater in my living room. It's fantastic. And since we've been watching a lot more TV, that was really good buy.
Well, those are the things I bought in quarantine. See you guys later.
