Charlotte Tilbury Shoppers Are Going To Pounce On This Pillow Talk Lip Secrets Set

There are a handful of times in a woman's life when she finds a beauty product that she immediately likes so much that she knows nothing else will ever compare. No dupes or newbies could change her mind, even if she does stray every once in a while. Of course, the idea can apply to all sorts of things like wardrobe pieces, recipes, hobbies, or even a book; but for any beauty obsessive like myself, a lipstick more than qualifies. Like love at first sight, but in this particular case for me, it was love at first swipe.
When Charlotte Tilbury created the cult-favorite Pillow Talk shade of her classic matte long-wear lipstick, there is no way she could have known that eventually three tubes would sell every minute, a stat now boasted by the brand. One of those tubes accidentally landed in my shopping cart one day—hate how that happens—but I was still skeptical if it would actually live up to the hype. Upon my first time trying it (in the car immediately after purchasing), I knew it was the forever kind of love. Now I can't leave the house without either the lipstick or lip gloss in tow. Seriously.
The Pillow Talk shade itself can best be described as a nude-pink that sort of shifts and changes when applied to different skin tones, appearing more mauve-y on some and more classically pink on others. There is now even a Pillow Talk Medium and Pillow Talk Intense to suit darker complexions. It's like the ultimate neutral that doesn't feel like a neutral at all, which is the sweet spot for those less inclined to swipe on a red lipstick on just any 'ole day. Or lipstick at all, for that matter.
Right now, shoppers can score a three-piece lip set that serves as both a starter kit for those who've never tried the iconic shade, as well as a pretty little ode to the perfect neutral that's worth the splurge even before a discount.
