According to a StarWars.com interview with Le Creuset’s Brand Manager, Sara Whitaker, the design engineers took special attention to reference photos from the saga before developing the collection. This process resulted in an exclusive enamel shade called “stone”—a dark gray hue with gold and silver specks—for the cast iron signature roaster, imperial cog embossing on the underside of the Dutch oven’s lid, and hand-carved detail on the Porg pie bird.
