Chrishell Stause Just Purchased a $3.3 Million Home in Los Angeles and the Views Are Insane
Congrats are in order because Chrishell Stause has new digs! The Selling Sunset star recently purchased a Hollywood Hills home for $3.3 million and has officially moved in.
The four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home first hit the market last October for nearly $4 million, according to the listing records. Stause represented herself in the transaction of the single-story pad that was built in 1964 and has since been renovated. It exists behind a gated entry and has both canyon and city views.
Inside, the home features wide plank European oak flooring throughout. The chef’s kitchen has Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. The main bathroom—which includes a steam shower and soaking tub—is dressed in Italian Calacatta marble. Outside, there's a heated pool, spa with a cabana, bathroom, and two fireplaces. The custom, lush landscaping also utilizes LED energy-efficient lighting. Plus, the mansion comes with plenty of tech, like a security system by Door Bird, Sonos sound system, two Nest thermostats, and MyQ app-controlled garage door.
Following her divorce from Justin Hartley, Stause moved into a fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment rental in Hollywood Hills. Prior to that, the former couple shared a massive Encino home purchased in 2019 for $4.65 million.
On Instagram, Stause calls her new place a dream home and promises to share more of it soon—and we can't wait! Until then, you can dive into photos of the home listed on Compass here.
