Chrissy Teigen's beloved bulldog is home from the animal hospital
Chrissy Teigen has a way of keeping her fans and followers supremely up-to-date on her life. And the latest on her beloved bulldog’s health is no exception.
In a series of unfortunate events on Sunday, Teigen’s eldest dog, Puddy, ended up at the vet for an emergency visit. While she didn’t share much information at the time, she took to her favorite social media platform — Twitter, of course — to inform followers of the sad news.
At the emergency vet with my old man bulldog puddy. Please send him happy doggy thoughts my first born baby

The model endearingly referred to Puddy as her “first born baby,” reminding people that he’s been around since before daughter Luna‘s time, as well as her and husband John Legend‘s other three dogs, Pippa, Penny, and Pablo.
And fellow dog owners were quick to sympathize with Teigen. There were more than 1,000 replies to her tweet, with many sharing their own stories of dealing with an ill animal. But the best responses of all were the photos of other dogs sending their well wishes.

The following day, Teigen hopped back onto Twitter to update Puddy’s fans on his visit, which evidently kept him overnight. With a photo of a Keurig in the hospital’s waiting room, the 31-year-old simply wrote, “bright and early at the animal hospital, hell yea.” The responses from many were filled with the same prayers as the night before. Except for a pair of users who Teigen was “not in the f***ing mood” for.
Honestly I am not in the fucking mood

I'm kind of in the my dog is about to fucking die mood.

The K-cup shamers were quickly outnumbered by those wishing the best for both Teigen and Puddy, who returned home on Tuesday after a two-night hospital stay. Teigen’s ecstatic announcement, featuring 1-year-old Luna, will likely make you tear up.
My BABY IS BACK!!!!!!! Bulldog you made me cry harder than any other living being ever has. My old man monster I love you pic.twitter.com/3kpdQAFxsj

“MY BABY IS BACK!!!!!!!” Teigen tweeted alongside a video of Puddy back in her home. “Bulldog you made me cry harder than any other living being ever has. My old man monster I love you.”
According to further updates on Puddy, he seems to still have some complications. But from his proud mama’s perspective, it seems like it’s nothing the dog can’t handle.
…he does have a tumor on his heart and he's basically a 70 year old man beast but I am so happy to have him home right now for morethanjustworkfriendsgiving.

For now, we’ll just be looking at these adorable photos of Puddy receiving all of Teigen’s love and affection.
