Christina Anstead Shares Her Fave Recipes and Workout Tips in New Book

It’s official: Christina Anstead is a published author. Well, almost. The Flip or Flop star recently shared more details about the upcoming nutrition book she co-wrote with her friend, certified nutritionist, Cara Clark. Fans of HGTV’s Christina on the Coast can look forward to grabbing their own copy of Wellness Remodel in mid-April 2020.

“I’ve been following @caraclarknutrition meal plans since 2013 and credit her to really showing me what eating healthy looks like,” the 36-year-old wrote on Instagram. “This book will include all our favorite recipes as well as workout tips and strategies for reducing stress and being more mindful.”

Anstead first revealed her exciting project in an episode of COTC back in June, and fans were thrilled at the prospect of learning more about her diet and workout routine. It’s hard not to notice the HGTV star looking great, especially after giving birth to baby Hudson, all while keeping up with the rest of her blended family.

Long before they embarked on this project, Anstead and Clark first met online (as everyone does nowadays) when the interior designer was searching for a nutritionist. The two quickly became great friends—even filming a prenatal yoga video together—and now, they love hosting hang outs for all of their kids.

Perhaps one of Anstead’s favorite recipes, black bean brownies, will make it into the book. We also wouldn’t mind seeing banana English muffins or maybe protein smoothies. 2020 can't come soon enough.
