Christina El Moussa Is Opening Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centers With Her Pastor
Christina El Moussa has been very candid about moving on after her painful divorce from ex-husband Tarek and turning a new page in her life. "I thought of this year like a rebuild. So I'm starting from scratch," she told People. "I'm moving, I have a new TV show, a new boyfriend-there's a lot of projects going on."
Now, Christina is starting another new project. According to People, the mom of two is partnering with her friend Cassie Zebisch and her pastor, Tim Storey, to open a series of drug and alcohol rehab centers next year. Christina says the move to open these centers was inspired by the advice and guidance she received from Storey during the difficult times in her life. "When I met Tim, we realized there was an opportunity for us to change people's lives," she told the magazine. "I love to fix up a house, but I also love to help people. I feel like that's my calling."
Additionally, this may be an issue that is close to the Flip or Flop star's heart. In 2017, after her separation from Tarek, Christina started dating businessman Doug Spedding, whom she had dated before marrying Tarek in 2009. As E! News reports, the couple broke up after a couple of months of dating, and Spedding entered rehab for addiction issues.
Christina is now dating British TV presenter Ant Anstead and is excited for what happens next in her life. "Everyone's been there. Everyone's had a setback, but it's how you move forward and what you do with your future, that's what matters," she told People.
