Christopher Meloni Shares Rare Photos of Son Dante in Honor of His 20th Birthday

Christopher Meloni is celebrating a very special day for his son, Dante, by sharing a series of rare photos of the now-20-year-old.

The Law & Order: SVU star doesn't often offer glimpses into his kids' lives, allowing them to maintain a sense of privacy amidst his fame, but shared three sweet photos with his lookalike son throughout his life to honor his big day.

The first photo found a very young Dante seated in his father's lap, both decked out in suit jackets and offering a gummy smile to the camera.

The second found a slightly older Dante, seemingly also seated on Meloni's lap atop a backyard swing set. The tot clutched the chain of the swing in one hand and wrapped the other up around his dad's neck as the older man leaned his head against his son's.

Finally, an adult Dante smiled widely while his father smirked at the camera for a selfie, a picturesque setting making up the backdrop.

"20 years," Meloni captioned the photoset simply.

Well wishes for the younger man flooded in from Meloni's fans, many of whom were shocked to see that his "twin"—who was "a mini you (but almost your size)"—had grown up so much.

"How time flies. So cute," one said, while another questioned, "How is this possible?"

One even shared a memory involving both Meloni men, writing, "I remember when I met you and your son when you was filming in front of Chelsea vocational Highshool [sic]. 2007 or 2008." The two, they said, "treated me with class."
