Christy Turlington's Daughter Grace Makes Major Modeling Debut
Apparently the apple doesn't fall too far from the Christy Turlington tree.
The supermodel's teenage daughter seems to be following in her mother's footsteps, as 19-year-old Grace Burns just made her debut at Milan Fashion Week on Wednesday, Sept. 21.
Burns, who the fashion icon shares with husband Ed Burns, walked the runway for the Alberta Ferretti Spring 2024 collection, strutting her stuff in a taupe one-shoulder dress with a floral pattern made up of blush pinks and soft shades of purple and green.
"@albertaferretti thank you thank you thank you for having me in your show... in a castleeeeee!!!!!" the rising star wrote on Instagram, alongside a video of her fierce runway walk.
"So so so honored to be apart of this beautiful collection??????," she added in her caption.
Burns' Milan Fashion Week appearance comes a few months after the teen made her official runway debut in the British Vogue x LuisaViaRoma show in Florence, Italy back in June.
At the time, Burns celebrated the milestone on social media, writing next to a video of her catwalk moment, "I feel so grateful to have had this perfection of an experience as my first show."
"Just thinking about all the people who made this possible and wish I could hug each and every one of you! xxxx," she added in the Instagram post from June 15.
Burns also appeared in a campaign for Carolina Herrera earlier this year, where she got to pose next to her famous mom, 54.
On the same day that Turlington's daughter made her Milan Fashion Week debut, Apple TV+ released the new docuseries The Super Models, which features Turlington, along with fellow modeling icons, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell as they all reflect on their impressive careers in the industry.
