The Cipriani Brothers Are Building West Palm Beach’s First Hotel-Branded Residences
The Cipriani family is bringing another real estate development to South Florida.
Following the success of the sold-out Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, brothers Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani have unveiled what will be West Palm Beach’s first-ever hotel-branded residences. The two have joined forces with Terra and Arquitectonica to build the 25-story Mr. C-branded condominium at 320 Lakeview Ave., which will include a 110-room hotel and 146 private residences priced at $2 million and up. The brothers enlisted Landscape Design Workshop to do up the grounds and Meyer Davis to curate the interiors and amenity spaces.

“Mr. C represents a modern interpretation of old-world sensibilities, and my brother and I are very proud to add this exciting new location to our expanding brand,” said Ignazio in a press statement. “We are happy to align our vision once again with Terra, whose partnership and professionalism we value very much, and add a new relationship with Sympatico, whose reputation is well known in the South Florida market.”
Residences at the swanky new tower will include one- to four-bedroom units ranging from 830 to 2,200 square feet. And depending on the floor, part-time residents and investors looking to defray expenses will have the opportunity to enter their home in the hotel’s rental program.
The property will also feature tons of amenities like a fitness center and spa, a yoga studio, a co-working lounge, a dog run, and a bocce court. There will also be a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a children’s playground, and a barbecue area. Elsewhere, hotel guests will get to enjoy a Bellini café and restaurant, a library, plus a rooftop pool and jacuzzi.
“Downtown West Palm Beach is emerging as one of South Florida’s most exciting, fastest-growing neighborhoods,” added David Martin, CEO of Terra. “We’ve had strong sales at our Mr. C Residences project in Coconut Grove, and we’re excited to be partnering once again with Ignazio and Maggio for our firm’s first development in West Palm Beach.”
The Ciprianis currently operate a Mr. C hotel in Miami, Beverly Hills, and New York City and have recently expanded their residential portfolio to include Dubai. Construction on the West Palm Beach project is expected to get underway early next year and is slated for completion in 2026. Douglas Elliman will lead the sales, which are anticipated to launch in November.
