Clear Your Schedule: New Episodes Of 'Love It Or List It' Are Coming Next Month
HGTV announced that its longtime hit series, Love It or List It, is returning on Monday, November 18 at 9 p.m. EST.
Since 2008, viewers have watched real estate expert David Visentin and interior designer Hilary Farr help families make important decisions about their homes.
The new season of Love It or List It will have 13 episodes.
Love It or List It fans, you're in for a treat: HGTV has officially announced the hit series is returning on Monday, November 18 with a new season. Real estate expert David Visentin and design maven Hilary Farr will continue helping families make one important decision about their lackluster homes: Are you going to love it or list it?
While the show’s iconic interior designer gets to work on remodeling a family’s existing home to accommodate a lengthy wish list, her other half searches the real estate market to find a house that fits their specific needs. Of course, longtime fans are all too familiar with their competitive nature, which might just be the reason behind their great work.

“I transform our clients’ homes into something they couldn’t even imagine them to be,” Farr said in a press release. “How could they not love it?”
“It’s true—she does great work,” Visentin added. “But when I find the house that has everything they need and more, the only thing they’re going to say is ‘list it.’”
Following the show’s highest-rated season—with more than 17 million viewers tuning in—Love It or List’s highly anticipated return will have a total of 13 new episodes. In the premiere, a couple is divided over their current house and its potential—the husband is willing to work on it while the wife is ready for a fresh start.
Throughout the season, Visentin and Farr will take on failed fixer uppers, languishing money pits, and outdated layouts as they compete to deliver the perfect dream home for their clients.
"The audience values Hilary and David's deep real estate and renovation expertise and enjoys their fun, on-screen chemistry,” said Allison Page, HGTV president in a February 2019 press release. “We are excited to bring viewers a fresh season of this enduring hit."
Love It or List It premieres on Monday, November 18 at 9 p.m. EST on HGTV.
