Rihanna just delivered one of the best Super Bowl halftime shows of all time, performing hits from her career including “Bitch Better Have My Money,” “We Found Love,” “Rude Boy,” “Work,” “Wild Thoughts,” “Run This Town,” “Diamond,” and “Umbrella” (to name, like, just a few!).

Rihanna’s halftime performance was also strikingly different from her predecessors’—instead of having a bunch of guests, she performed solo and let her incredible catalogue speak for itself, and instead of having a ton of costume changes, she wore a red jumpsuit and jacket throughout.

Which honestly makes sense because an unearthed clip of Katy Perry changing during her Super Bowl halftime show performance is making the rounds and it looks alllll kinds of stressful.

Check out the clip below, where Katy had exactly 10 seconds to change from her flame dress into her beach-ball-inspired skirt and top for “Teenage Dream.”

Speaking of Katy, she had Rihanna’s back last night, writing on Twitter, “Sending you all the love. You got this @rihanna. #SuperBowlLVII”

Fellow halftime show performer Shakira also wished Rihanna well, writing, “Remembering good times and wishing you the best vibes for tonight’s show, Rih!”

Rihanna spoke a bit about what went into planning her performance in a press conference ahead of the halftime show, saying, “That was the hardest, hardest part—deciding how to maximize 13 minutes but also celebrate. That’s what this show is gonna be—it’s gonna be a celebration of my catalog in the best way that we could’ve put it together. You’re trying to cram 17 years of work into 13 minutes, so it’s difficult. Some songs we have to lose because of that and that’s gonna be okay, but I think we did a pretty good job of narrowing it down.”
